Key responsibilities & impact

Act as operational anchor during business change
Champion a portfolio of complex ER cases from inception to resolution
Legally safeguard the business in confidential grievances, disciplinaries, and collective consultations
Update policies in line with shifting UK&I legislation
Collaborate with HR team on strategic projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of managing a highly complex, sensitive ER caseload
In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation
Practical experience navigating change programs, organizational restructures, trade union consultations
Employment tribunal preparation experience
A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7)
Stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic problem-solving abilities
Fast-paced and resilient
Excellent communication of complex legal advice
