Key responsibilities & impact

Transform raw information into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
Ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful data for informed organizational strategies.
Engage with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support data needs.
Design, build, and test scalable reports from scratch.
Build automated reports and interactive dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau.
Maintain existing People reports for compliance and accuracy.
Consult with internal customers for specific data requirements.

What you’ll need

Master of the spreadsheet, navigating Excel and Google Sheets with ease.
Strong foundation in data visualisation, with a proven track record in Looker Studio or Tableau.
Experience with SQL for complex analyses.
Experience with HR systems, specifically Zellis ResourceLink, is a head start.
Consultative spark to support internal requests by translating ideas into clear technical specifications.
Continuous improvement mindset for automating tasks and streamlining workflows.
