About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the qualification and cultivation of individual donors who give between $1,000 and $25,000
Establish and manage a portfolio of qualified donors and build strong relationships
Develop personalized engagement strategies to inspire significant support for our mission
Create engagement plans for donors and prospects with revenue projections
Record donor information in the database promptly
Assist in developing and supporting fundraising strategies, campaigns, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least seven years of successful experience in donor-facing fundraising
Demonstrable experience soliciting and closing gifts of 5 figures or more
Ability to engage, influence, and inspire donors and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Strong track record of soliciting and securing major gifts
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently driving activities
Strong ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Experience using data and analytics to inform donor cultivation strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience using donor management systems, with a preference for Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
