Program Manager

• Maintain regular contact with ROR sites to develop relationships with clinical and administrative staff
• Perform continuous Quality Improvement activities
• Support ROR site leaders to identify and overcome barriers
• Conduct in-person and virtual site visits to ROR sites
• Collaborate with early childhood and medical systems work

Director

• Lead the qualification and cultivation of individual donors who give between $1,000 and $25,000
• Establish and manage a portfolio of qualified donors and build strong relationships
• Develop personalized engagement strategies to inspire significant support for our mission
• Create engagement plans for donors and prospects with revenue projections
• Record donor information in the database promptly
• Assist in developing and supporting fundraising strategies, campaigns, and best practices
