About the role
- Lead and scale a global high-performing team focused on enabling GTM leaders to execute with precision and speed across AMER & EMEA
- Serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, TCX, and Finance, ensuring teams are aligned around shared goals and insights
- Own GTM planning cycles (capacity planning, territory design, quota setting) in partnership with Strategic Finance
- Design and evolve the systems, processes, and workflows that support GTM teams with simplicity, clarity, and scalability
- Translate data into insights that drive decision-making, from day-to-day operations to board-level strategy
- Build and maintain a culture of trust, curiosity, and continuous improvement within RevOps and across GTM
- Partner with leadership to proactively identify and remove friction in the customer lifecycle from lead to renewal
- Report into the executive team and lead a team of 12 operators
- Develop reporting and insights that shape executive and board-level strategy
- Ensure GTM tech stack enables teams and champion operational excellence across the customer journey
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- 5+ years leading and scaling RevOps teams
- Strategic, data-driven operator with strong systems thinking: you thrive on solving messy, cross-functional problems
- Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with quick, pragmatic execution
- Strong track record of earning trust across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and drive alignment
- Bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous iteration
