About the role

  • Build and maintain Retool apps used daily by GTM teams, enabling visibility and automation across systems.
  • Create custom integrations and webhooks between tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and internal databases.
  • Use Python or JavaScript to extend system functionality and develop lightweight backend logic.
  • Partner with RevOps peers to design technical solutions to business problems—balancing speed, maintainability, and scale.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-system projects, from scoping and requirements gathering through build and rollout.
  • Build data pipelines and enrichment processes using Polytomic, ZoomInfo, CommonRoom, or similar integration tools.
  • Document architecture and champion technical best practices across the GTM systems landscape.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in RevOps, Business Systems, or a technical GTM role.
  • Skilled in Salesforce data architecture and APIs, with hands-on configuration experience.
  • Proficient in SQL, and a scripting language (e.g., Python or Java).
  • Familiar with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT).
  • Able to scope and manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong communicator who can translate between technical concepts and business outcomes.
