About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging mid-market organizations
  • Own the sales process from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business challenges
  • Position RE Partners' technology consulting and engineering services as solutions to client needs
  • Partner closely with our delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Grow existing client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, technology services, or IT consulting solutions
  • Experience selling to mid-market clients
  • Previous Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or business development experience
  • Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals
  • Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
