About the role
- Lead and execute IT GRC consulting projects (Governance, Risk & Compliance) across Germany
- Analyze and assess IT risks and develop and implement security strategies
- Advise clients on legal and regulatory IT requirements
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on GRC topics
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, ideally within the banking sector (required)
- Solid knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT) (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English
