About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Full-cycle sales: cold outreach, lead qualification, appointments, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Field sales & direct sales: regular client meetings in Munich, Berlin, or other DACH locations.
  • Follow-up & pipeline management: you independently drive deals through to closing.
  • Networking: you leverage events, referrals, and spontaneous conversations to generate new leads.
  • Market development: you contribute ideas to further optimize our sales strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Junior level: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or comparable areas.
  • Enjoy direct customer contact (by phone, digitally & on-site).
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Mid level: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven success in full-cycle sales (from cold outreach to contract signing).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Fluent German, good English.
  • High degree of ownership, hands-on mentality & a closing mindset.
