About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and enhance Gainsight CS functionality;
- Configure Rules Engine, Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks, and Journey Orchestrator;
- Implement improvements and automations in Customer Success processes;
- Build integrations between Gainsight and other ecosystem tools;
- Investigate and resolve platform-related incidents;
- Collaborate with Customer Success, BI, Information Systems, and other teams to continuously evolve the solution;
- Explore opportunities to apply AI in operational processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience administering Gainsight CS;
- Experience with integrations between Gainsight and other platforms;
- Knowledge of Customer Success or RevOps operations;
- Familiarity with metrics such as Churn, Health Score, NRR, and renewal processes;
- Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, or integration tools;
- English for reading technical documentation.
