About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be part of the Fênix team, one of the teams responsible for developing the pre-sales journey within RD Station's CRM.
Update and maintain efficient, scalable frontend interfaces aligned with the CRM architecture;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet business needs;
Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing and code reviews;
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the frontend architecture, helping adopt new technologies and patterns;
Assist with technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in frontend development, particularly with React;
Proficiency with version control using Git and development best practices;
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (CI/CD);
Understanding of modern frontend architecture, including design systems and micro frontends;
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
