About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be part of the Experience Platform team, working on building and evolving the solutions that shape the development journey at RD Station.
Your focus will be on making that journey simpler, clearer, and more consistent for developers, reducing friction and facilitating the adoption of best practices and tools.
You will work together with Delivery Platform teams to ensure technical alignment and a real impact on the developer experience.
Implement improvements to Developer Experience tools and development flows used by multiple teams.
Contribute to standardizing the development journey to ease adoption and correct usage.
Support the creation and evolution of clear, simple Golden Paths for development.
Reduce recurring frictions faced by developers throughout their journey.
Produce technical documentation that facilitates onboarding and correct platform usage.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a developer on Developer Experience, platform, or enabler teams.
Strong technical background in software development.
Knowledge of CI/CD and automation of development workflows.
Ability to produce technical documentation and standardize processes.
Familiarity with IDP tools, Jenkins, CircleCI, Spinnaker, or similar solutions.
