About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule and organize calls with customers and stakeholders via email or phone
  • Send 1:many communications to customers, following coordination guidance, aiming to improve metrics such as adoption
  • Call customers who need to change support channels, present our structure, and ensure initial success alignments
  • Update contact information in the Gainsight system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in customer service, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines
  • Analytical ability to monitor and interpret operational data
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Adaptive communication skills to interact with different customer profiles and internal teams
  • Proactivity and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent demands
