About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule and organize calls with customers and stakeholders via email or phone
Send 1:many communications to customers, following coordination guidance, aiming to improve metrics such as adoption
Call customers who need to change support channels, present our structure, and ensure initial success alignments
Update contact information in the Gainsight system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in customer service, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines
Analytical ability to monitor and interpret operational data
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Adaptive communication skills to interact with different customer profiles and internal teams
Proactivity and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent demands
