About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the identification of problems and opportunities using data, customer feedback, and product context;
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of CRM features, especially those related to the pre-sales journey;
- Monitor the development of initiatives together with the engineering team, ensuring alignment and clarity of scope;
- Participate in validating deliveries, ensuring quality and adherence to the proposed problem;
- Monitor feature metrics and indicators, supporting impact analysis;
- Communicate the progress of initiatives and results to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in working with digital products, with a desire to learn and grow in the area;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage problems and information;
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different areas;
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning;
- Ability to prioritize and a strong sense of responsibility for deliveries;
- Interest in understanding the customer and the impact of solutions on the business.
