About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be part of the Fênix team, one of the teams responsible for developing the pre-sales journey within RD Station's CRM.
The challenge is to collaborate with an experienced, highly qualified team that has deep CRM knowledge to build solutions that directly impact user experience and customer success.
Develop and maintain efficient, scalable front-end interfaces aligned with the CRM architecture;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet business needs;
Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, and code reviews;
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the frontend architecture, supporting the adoption of new technologies and patterns;
Assist with technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in frontend development, especially with React;
Experience with version control using Git and development best practices;
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools;
Understanding of modern frontend architecture, including design systems and micro-frontends;
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
