About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of organization and traction for AI initiatives, connecting teams, stakeholders, and priorities across a multi-product ecosystem;
Structure and evolve processes, rituals, and frameworks related to AI operations and governance, ensuring scalability, alignment, and efficiency;
Support the implementation of responsible AI usage guidelines, strengthening practices related to security, privacy, compliance, and risk mitigation;
Manage strategic AI projects alongside Product, Engineering, Security, and Privacy teams, ensuring end-to-end oversight;
Consolidate metrics, risks, status updates, and executive reports for AI initiatives, supporting decision-making and strategic prioritization;
Operate with high autonomy in a building context, helping to advance the maturity of the company’s AI initiatives and influencing strategic decisions with leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in managing technology projects, development, security, governance, or related areas;
Experience in complex, large-scale environments, preferably at technology or SaaS companies;
Familiarity with LGPD and data privacy regulations;
Hands-on experience with projects involving AI, generative AI, or Machine Learning;
Experience working with varied stakeholders and different levels of seniority.
