About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Design process, adapting discovery and delivery according to the squad's needs
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to structure hypotheses, influencing the roadmap with a focus on usability and reducing complexity
  • Propose lean, iterative solutions with rapid learning and refinement cycles to deliver an excellent final product
  • Measure impact by connecting usage, adoption, engagement, and conversion metrics from hypothesis creation through production monitoring
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and product value.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in Product Design for SaaS products
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Business acumen to understand the customer journey and product success drivers
  • Technical autonomy to turn ambiguity into viable solutions with minimal instruction
  • Lean and systems thinking to analyze problems and propose creative, feasible solutions
  • Negotiation skills to defend data-driven design decisions and align deliveries with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
