UI/UX Designer Júnior
RD StationUI/UX Designer creating effective designs for marketing initiatives at RD Station in a remote setting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and performance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be part of the demand generation funnels squad within RD Station's Marketing area.
- Support the design of interfaces for website pages and campaign landing pages;
- Contribute UX improvements based on data and testing, focusing on the user experience;
- Collaborate with the engineering team on screen and component handoffs;
- Participate in page performance analysis (CTR, conversion, Core Web Vitals);
- Create and iterate on interactive lead-generation tools, such as calculators, quizzes, and checklists;
- Support the evolution and maintenance of the Web team's Design System;
- Collaborate with business analysts on experiments and A/B tests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Foundation in visual design (hierarchy, typography, color, contrast, and layout) and responsive design;
- Hands-on experience with Figma for creating screens, prototypes, and components;
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects (academic, personal, or professional);
- Interest in data and metrics to inform design decisions;
- Interest in exploring AI tools applied to design.
