Product Designer – Senior
RD StationLead the design process for SaaS products, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to reduce complexity and improve usability. Drive lean, research-led iterations and measure impact across adoption, engagement, and conversion metrics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design process, adapting discovery and delivery to the squad’s needs and driving continuous improvement of internal methods;
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to structure hypotheses, influencing the roadmap with a focus on usability and reducing complexity;
- Propose lean, iterative solutions with rapid learning and refinement cycles to achieve excellent final delivery;
- Measure impact by linking usage, adoption, engagement, and conversion metrics from hypothesis creation through monitoring in production;
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and product value.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Product Design for SaaS products, with strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools;
- Business acumen to understand the customer journey and the product’s success drivers;
- Technical autonomy to transform ambiguity into viable solutions with minimal guidance;
- Lean and systems thinking to analyze problems and propose creative, feasible solutions;
- Negotiation skills to advocate for data-driven design decisions and align deliveries with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
