Mid-level Partnerships and Channels Experience Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be responsible for evolving the partner experience in a structured and scalable way, working at the intersection of systems, processes and the partner journey.
- Turn strategies into real operations: map the partner journey end-to-end, implement systems and ensure communication, rules and processes function in an integrated manner.
- Connect teams and unblock initiatives, acting as the “glue” between Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure consistency, efficiency and a seamless experience for partners.
- Consolidate a unified channel structure, balancing different interests, managing complex scenarios and ensuring each initiative delivers real impact across the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in areas such as Customer Success, Operations, Partnerships or Channel Programs, with work in structured, cross-functional contexts.
- Hands-on experience managing partner portfolios, with a clear understanding of journey, experience and improvement across the lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and how teams like Sales, Customer Success and Marketing connect to generate value.
- Experience operating in multi-stakeholder environments, with the ability to navigate across teams, influence decisions and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to structure problems, prioritize requests and lead projects autonomously.
