About the role

  • Develop new pages and experiences across RD Station’s websites and digital assets;
  • Build lead and customer acquisition tools such as calculators, generators, and interactive flows;
  • Maintain and evolve the codebase built with Next.js, React, and Node.js;
  • Participate in implementing A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments;
  • Continuously improve asset performance (Core Web Vitals, SEO, and load speed);
  • Implement tracking and monitor usage and conversion metrics;
  • Contribute to code quality, automated tests, and development best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
  • Experience with React (or another reactive framework) and interest in Next.js;
  • Knowledge of Node.js;
  • Experience consuming and creating REST APIs;
  • Familiarity with web performance metrics (e.g., Core Web Vitals);
  • Experience with or interest in using AI tools for development (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).
