About the role
- Drive the performance of our digital assets across the entire conversion funnel;
- Analyze user behavior across our digital channels (website, blog, and landing pages);
- Identify improvement opportunities and design experiments to increase funnel efficiency;
- Map and prioritize the experimentation backlog for digital assets;
- Design, execute, and monitor CRO experiments (tests and optimizations);
- Analyze navigation and behavioral data to surface improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Growth, Partner, and Web Design teams to amplify results.
Requirements
- Degree or experience in Marketing, Growth, or related fields;
- Knowledge of Growth Hacking strategies;
- Understanding of funnel metrics (leads, MQLs, conversion);
- Experience with data analysis, even at an entry level;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
- Basic understanding of user experience in digital environments (websites, landing pages, blogs).
