About the role

  • Drive the performance of our digital assets across the entire conversion funnel;
  • Analyze user behavior across our digital channels (website, blog, and landing pages);
  • Identify improvement opportunities and design experiments to increase funnel efficiency;
  • Map and prioritize the experimentation backlog for digital assets;
  • Design, execute, and monitor CRO experiments (tests and optimizations);
  • Analyze navigation and behavioral data to surface improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Partner, and Web Design teams to amplify results.

Requirements

  • Degree or experience in Marketing, Growth, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Growth Hacking strategies;
  • Understanding of funnel metrics (leads, MQLs, conversion);
  • Experience with data analysis, even at an entry level;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Basic understanding of user experience in digital environments (websites, landing pages, blogs).
