About the role

  • Develop a medium- and long-term strategy for the evolution of the product architecture.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks to ensure the product’s scalability.
  • Lead strategic projects and make critical technical decisions.

  • Collaborate on creating a technical roadmap together with the product team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in at least one programming language.
  • Advanced knowledge of scalability, observability, and medium- to long-term engineering strategies.
  • Ability to analyze the product and make medium- and long-term technical decisions.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies.
  • Ability to identify architectural risks and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience writing technical roadmaps focused on product stability and increasing market share.
