About the role

  • You will be part of the Experience Platform team within the Engineering Experience domain, whose mission is to reduce friction in development, increase productivity, and ensure quality and predictability in software delivery.
  • Implement improvements to Developer Experience tools and workflows used by multiple teams.
  • Contribute to building and evolving clear, simple, and adoptable development Golden Paths.
  • Reduce recurring friction in the development journey, improving the technical experience.
  • Produce technical documentation that facilitates onboarding and correct usage of the platform.
  • Progressively grow in autonomy and technical responsibility for shared solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a software developer (mid-level or equivalent) in Developer Experience teams, platform teams, or enabling teams.
  • Strong technical foundation in software development, with interest in working in a platform or Developer Experience context.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation of development workflows.
  • Skill in technical documentation and standardizing workflows.
  • Familiarity with Developer Experience platforms and internal catalogs (e.g., Backstage or similar).
