About the role
- Make daily calls with partners, ensuring 70% coverage;
- Manage adoption of RD Station products by partners, promoting full use of the available tools;
- Identify risks and opportunities within client portfolios, focusing on revenue expansion and retention;
- Conduct financial negotiations that generate value for both partners and RD Station;
- Ensure efficient, high-quality communication with partners via Service Cloud, phone, e-mail, and video calls.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success, particularly managing high-volume partner portfolios;
- Experience in the SaaS sector and practical knowledge in financial negotiations;
- Genuine interest in supporting our clients, demonstrating empathy in listening, clear instructional skills, and resilience in solving problems;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in dynamic scenarios;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
