About the role
- Conduct daily calls with partners, ensuring 70% coverage;
- Manage adoption of RD products by partners, promoting full utilization of available tools;
- Identify risks and opportunities within partner portfolios, focusing on revenue expansion and retention;
- Lead financial negotiations that add value for both the partner and RD Station;
- Ensure efficient, high-quality communication with partners via Service Cloud, phone, email, and video calls.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success, especially managing portfolios with a high volume of partners;
- Experience in the SaaS segment and practical knowledge of financial negotiations;
- Genuine interest in supporting our customers, demonstrating empathy in listening, clarity in guidance, and resilience in problem-solving;
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to dynamic scenarios;
- Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
