About the role

  • Conduct daily calls with partners, ensuring 70% coverage;
  • Manage adoption of RD products by partners, promoting full utilization of available tools;
  • Identify risks and opportunities within partner portfolios, focusing on revenue expansion and retention;
  • Lead financial negotiations that add value for both the partner and RD Station;
  • Ensure efficient, high-quality communication with partners via Service Cloud, phone, email, and video calls.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, especially managing portfolios with a high volume of partners;
  • Experience in the SaaS segment and practical knowledge of financial negotiations;
  • Genuine interest in supporting our customers, demonstrating empathy in listening, clarity in guidance, and resilience in problem-solving;
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to dynamic scenarios;
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
