About the role

  • Develop a medium- and long-term strategy for the evolution of the product architecture.
  • Mentor developers, promoting the growth and development of the team.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions;
  • Write high-quality code, following best practices and standards;
  • Review code (code reviews) ensuring quality, performance, and readability;
  • Identify and resolve complex issues (critical bugs, performance bottlenecks, architectural flaws);
  • Select and evaluate technologies, frameworks, and tools;
  • Collaborate on creating a technical roadmap together with the product team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Node.js or Golang;
  • Deliver initiatives according to the product roadmap and/or address security vulnerability–related tasks;
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team, especially for less senior engineers;
  • Continuously share knowledge, fostering the team's technical development;
  • Guide, support, and provide technical direction to other members, ensuring best practices and quality in deliveries.
