About the role
- We are developing a new Outbound Sales strategy at RD Station, maintaining excellence and designing well-structured processes to achieve the best results.
- You will work alongside a BDR to prospect opportunities that connect our solutions to leads' needs. To do this, you will develop Outbound Sales strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to defining prospecting and deal-closing strategies.
- Present solution proposals to strategic, multi-product clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing, LDR and BDR teams to optimize the entire outbound strategy and funnel.
Requirements
- Outbound sales experience with the ability to prospect new customers and develop strategies for market expansion.
- Experience in B2B sales at technology companies with major/strategic clients.
- Experience with consultative selling, focused on understanding how solutions fit the lead's context.
- Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured approach (SPIN Selling, BANT, Sandler, among others).
- Strong organization and planning skills to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
