About the role

  • Your mission will be to digitally transform the Administrative-Finance leadership of the RD Business Unit, using data as the primary lever for governance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
  • You will work closely with the finance operation, connecting data, processes, and people to create financial data indicators and analyses that provide real visibility into performance and the health of the operation.
  • Develop and enhance data repositories, financial indicators, reports, and dashboards.
  • Map, document, and structure the data flow for financial processes, ensuring governance and data quality.
  • Support teams in defining financial KPIs, automating calculations and visualizations.
  • Automate, correct, and improve processes through continuous improvement.
  • Promote best practices for data usage and governance within the finance operation.

Requirements

  • Experience in Finance, Operations, or Data functions.
  • Hands-on experience with data manipulation, performance monitoring, and financial KPIs.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL for data extraction.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
