About the role

  • Ensure effective management and resolution of receivables-related issues, supporting customers and internal teams in financial regularization and delinquency prevention.
  • Analyze collection scenarios, conduct negotiations, investigate financial discrepancies, and ensure clear and assertive communication.
  • Focus on revenue recovery, service quality, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in multichannel financial support or collections (tickets, chat, and WhatsApp).
  • Analytical and investigative profile, focused on receivables, delinquencies, negotiation, and financial regularization.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle sensitive conversations, and sound decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with clarity and conciseness.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, financial management systems, and Google Workspace.
