About the role
- Ensure effective management and resolution of receivables-related issues, supporting customers and internal teams in financial regularization and delinquency prevention.
- Analyze collection scenarios, conduct negotiations, investigate financial discrepancies, and ensure clear and assertive communication.
- Focus on revenue recovery, service quality, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in multichannel financial support or collections (tickets, chat, and WhatsApp).
- Analytical and investigative profile, focused on receivables, delinquencies, negotiation, and financial regularization.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle sensitive conversations, and sound decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with clarity and conciseness.
- Experience with Service Cloud, financial management systems, and Google Workspace.
