About the role

  • Monitor customer usage behavior and act to increase engagement and the utilization of our solutions, especially in cases of risk due to low usage.
  • Assist clients in planning and executing strategies for using RD Station products, aligning usage with the client's business objectives.
  • Ensure configuration, activation and adoption of new clients or new accounts within the portfolio.
  • Organize and conduct webinars and 1:few sessions for scalable education and value generation, aligned with the CS Education team.
  • Act proactively and predictively, identifying and mitigating risks based on monitoring clients' usability data.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success or client support at SaaS companies, with a focus on adoption, retention and risk management.
  • Analytical ability, demonstrating knowledge and practical use of customer success metrics such as NPS, churn and expansion.
  • Ability to perform strategic diagnosis and design solution proposals for clients.
  • Strong communication skills, including conflict management and negotiation with different stakeholders.
  • Organization and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks in SaaS tools.
