About the role

  • Achieve the North Star metric and behavioral levers, ensuring initiatives impact key growth metrics and the user behaviors that sustain the business.
  • Optimize the growth funnel, driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, monetization, and expansion through tactical action plans.
  • Manage secondary and health metrics, monitoring supporting indicators to ensure sustainable growth and avoid negative side effects.
  • Foster a learning culture by documenting validated hypotheses (positive or negative) to generate insights that guide subsequent product cycles.
  • Maintain a steady flow of tests prioritized by impact, confidence, and effort, ensuring high test velocity (rapid learning).

Requirements

  • Analytical ability to identify and prioritize growth levers across the user journey, using performance data to detect bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Experience leading end-to-end experimentation cycles, with clear hypothesis definition, success metrics, and statistical rigor.
  • Skill in conducting discovery and hypothesis validation in a lean way, using MVPs and prototypes to mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency with Product & Business Analytics tools (such as Mixpanel and Power BI) to monitor funnels, cohorts, and key indicators.
  • Comfortable working in triads with Engineering and Design, and collaborating with business areas to balance user experience and unit economics.
