About the role

  • You will be part of rebuilding and evolving the Developer Experience area, working cross-functionally between the Experience and Delivery Platform teams within Platform Engineering.
  • Your challenge will be to raise engineering quality, balancing fast responses to real problems with technically sustainable decisions for the medium and long term.
  • This role requires systemic thinking, strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • You will connect strategy, execution and the reality of teams, using technical experimentation as the primary tool to learn, validate approaches and define patterns that actually work in practice.
  • Build and sustain a medium- and long-term technical vision for Developer Experience and Delivery Platform.
  • Identify recurring structural problems across the developer journey and propose viable, time-aware solutions.
  • Lead technical experiments (POCs, pilots, MVPs) to validate approaches before scaling.
  • Enable short-term technical decisions without compromising future architecture.
  • Work fully cross-functionally between Experience and Delivery teams, helping to remove ambiguity in technical direction.
  • Define, evolve and maintain standards and Golden Paths based on learnings from experiments.
  • Ensure temporary solutions have a clear scope, defined timeline and an explicit evolution plan.
  • Use metrics (such as lead time, onboarding time and tool adoption) to guide decisions about what to scale, adjust or discard.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Staff or Specialist in Developer Experience, Platform, Enablement or similar contexts.
  • Strong systems thinking and strategic mindset, with excellent judgement of technical and organizational trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to experiment, fail fast and learn using real feedback from engineering teams.
  • Experience working in environments with high technical complexity, multiple products and large engineering scale.
  • Clear, adaptable communicator able to move between engineering, product, technical leadership and management.
  • Consistent technical background (former developer, SRE or platform engineer).
