About the role
- Build and evolve platform solutions that reduce friction and abstract away complexities in development and operations, making the right path the simplest, most reliable and sustainable choice for engineering teams.
- Evolve CI/CD pipelines to be simpler, more predictable and more reliable.
- Standardize deploy and rollout flows to reduce operational risk.
- Establish Golden Paths for development and delivery adopted by engineering teams.
- Reduce recurring failures caused by configuration issues, process gaps or lack of standards.
- Improve the perceived developer experience when using the platform.
Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD, continuous deployment and automation of delivery workflows.
- Experience working on Developer Experience, Platform or Enablement teams.
- Experience in projects with cross-cutting impact across engineering.
- Experience with backend systems in production.
- Experience with platforms, shared systems or Developer Experience / Platform teams.
- Experience operating in contexts with multiple consuming teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, CircleCI, Spinnaker or similar.
- Experience with Developer Experience platforms and internal catalogs (e.g., Backstage or similar).
- Experience designing Golden Paths, self-service solutions and standardizing workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment flows.
- Experience with platforms or shared systems.
- Strong software quality, reliability and maintenance best practices.
