About the role
- Lead, develop and retain a team of Customer Success analysts, driving development initiatives and supporting day-to-day operational needs (for example, periodic reviews of the renewals pipeline with direct reports);
- Lead continuous improvement projects, enhancing processes, tools and the orchestration of customer engagement, ensuring a scalable and efficient operation;
- Support complex negotiations, including management of discounts, refunds, downgrades, and strategies to maximize revenue;
- Ensure team productivity and renewal coverage, balancing proactive and reactive demands;
- Manage the renewals pipeline, performing retention and expansion analyses, and defining action plans to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading teams in revenue-facing areas such as Customer Success or Sales;
- Prior experience working in Customer Success or Sales, conducting negotiations with customers;
- Strong analytical skills and organizational ability for managing projects, processes and results;
- Ability to communicate empathetically and adaptively, negotiate, and resolve issues with direct reports, other internal teams and customers;
- Resilience to work in dynamic, ambiguous and constantly changing environments;
- Solid knowledge of SaaS, Customer Success, the customer journey, retention and expansion.
