About the role
- You will be the technical and people leader of the engineering team responsible for RD Station’s conversion menu, working to ensure continuous value delivery to the business through scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Promote technical excellence, the growth of team members and a collaborative culture, aligning the team with product and business strategy.
- Ensure predictability, quality and consistency in deliveries through rituals, engineering metrics and alignment with the product roadmap.
- Foster engineering best practices, reduce technical debt and evolve system architecture.
- Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation and learning within the team.
- Actively collaborate with product and design teams to define and build scalable, high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in engineering leadership (Tech Lead, Coordinator or similar), including people management and leadership rituals.
- Structured experience in team development, including continuous feedback, career plans and performance monitoring.
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous scenarios, balancing technical, business and people needs.
- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles: scalable architecture, modularity, maintainability and security.
- Familiarity with engineering metrics and modern practices for continuous delivery, observability and system reliability (CI/CD, monitoring, centralized logging).
