Support our clients throughout their first year, driving adoption, activation, and scaled engagement to ensure consistent results and renewal potential;
Analyze health and usage indicators across the customer base to enable preventive actions and identify revenue expansion opportunities;
Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on risks and opportunities, ensuring customers are aligned with their business objectives;
Act in a consultative manner to enhance clients' growth and digital marketing strategy;
Create and execute 1:few initiatives to increase coverage across the customer base;
Conduct 1:1 meetings when necessary to ensure continuous monitoring of the customer journey;
Consistently record interactions and relevant information to ensure efficient account management.
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Success with a focus on ongoing engagement and relationship management;
Knowledge or practical experience in digital marketing;
Strong customer empathy and a drive to deliver an exceptional experience with our tools;
Analytical ability to identify usage trends, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data monitoring;
Organizational skills and agility to manage multiple demands and effectively maintain your schedule;
Clear and objective communication skills, both verbal and written;
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, collaborating with internal teams and contributing to goal attainment and customer success.
Experience working in a scaled Customer Success model will be considered a plus;
Prior use of any of our products (RD Station Marketing, RD CRM or RD Conversas) will be considered a plus;
Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to scale engagement initiatives, identify risks and opportunities, and increase CS operational efficiency will be considered a plus;
Knowledge of platforms such as Power BI, Salesforce, Service Cloud and/or Gainsight will be considered a plus;
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or project management will be considered a plus.
