About the role
- Responsible for obtaining and regularizing stores' fire department licenses, ensuring compliance with current rules and legislation and reducing company fines and penalties.
- Prepare projects and procedures to obtain fire department licenses.
- Monitor processes and attend meetings at public agencies.
- Issue the Technical Responsibility (ART) for projects.
- Manage and track processes.
- Ensure adherence to the license renewal schedule.
Requirements
- Analysis and interpretation of fire-fighting and fire-prevention regulations.
- Knowledge of international standards (NFPA).
- Preparation of technical project documentation.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD / REVIT / BIM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications: CAU / CREA.
