About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead critical analyses of inventory results, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
  • Conduct thorough root-cause investigations, ensuring consistent diagnoses and effective corrective actions
  • Develop loss analyses and projections (short-, medium- and long-term) to support strategic decision-making

  • Serve as the team's technical reference, supporting the development of analysts and assistants

  • Promote automation, standardization and innovation in the use of data and processes
  • Operate with a systemic perspective, connecting operational, financial and strategic impacts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Advanced Excel: mastery of large datasets, complex formulas and analysis structuring
  • Power BI: dashboard development, data modeling and analysis
  • Strong analytical capability and structured logical reasoning
  • Solid experience in root-cause analysis
  • Ability to transform data into strategic recommendations
  • High autonomy and critical judgment in carrying out activities
  • Skill in leading discussions and interacting with different organizational levels
