About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze inventory results, identifying patterns, deviations and structural improvement opportunities
Perform critical analyses and root cause investigations, going beyond symptoms to propose effective solutions
Translate operational data into clear, actionable business diagnostics
Lead coordination with pharmacies, regional teams and partner areas to ensure consistent progress of action plans
Develop and enhance controls, reports and analyses with a focus on automation and efficiency gains
Build and monitor performance indicators, ensuring data quality and reliability
Maintain a critical view of current processes, identifying risks and opportunities
Actively contribute to the evolution of inventory operations and loss prevention practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Advanced Excel: strong proficiency in handling databases, pivot tables and complex formulas
Power BI: experience building dashboards and performing data analysis
Strong analytical skills and structured logical reasoning
Hands-on experience with root cause analysis
Ability to translate data into decision-making insights
Autonomy to conduct analyses and prioritize tasks
Good communication skills for interacting with different areas
