About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead critical analyses of inventory results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Conduct in-depth root cause investigations, ensuring consistent diagnoses and effective actions
Develop loss analyses and projections (short-, medium-, and long-term) to support strategic decisions
Build, consolidate, and present metrics (KPIs) in management forums
Work directly with leaders across different areas, influencing decisions and direction
Manage engagements with regional teams and stakeholders, including mediation and conflict resolution
Serve as the team's technical reference, supporting the development of analysts and assistants
Structure and evolve reports, analyses, and operational monitoring models
Identify and implement structural improvements and opportunities for efficiency gains
Promote automation, standardization, and innovation in the use of data and processes
Operate with a systemic view, connecting operational, financial, and strategic impacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed)
Advanced Excel: handling large datasets, complex formulas, and structuring analyses
Power BI: dashboard development, data modeling, and analysis
Strong analytical skills and structured logical reasoning
Solid experience with root cause analysis
Ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
High autonomy and critical judgment in task execution
Ability to lead discussions and interact with different organizational levels
