About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate SSC admission (hiring/onboarding) and social charges processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, social security and collective bargaining legislation.
  • Guarantee adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Act proactively to mitigate labor-related risks.
  • Monitor compliance indicators and internal controls, establishing area targets and performance results.
  • Develop, coach and oversee the Personnel Administration team.
  • Promote a collaborative, high-performance environment through performance management and development.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and process automation.
  • Participate in corporate projects and support managerial decisions through data and process analysis.
  • Employee support, hiring/onboarding, payroll, recruitment and selection, continuous improvement, team leadership, participation in digital transformation and automation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, Pharmacy, Law or related fields.
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
  • Knowledge of eSocial.
  • Knowledge of digital offboarding systems (LG, ÚNICO and similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
