About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Bookkeeping and analysis of service invoices across multiple municipal jurisdictions;
Issuance of ISS (municipal service tax) payment slips/guides for payment;
Reconciliation of service invoices, using Excel as a support and control tool;
Support in inspection processes and responses to audits;
Assistance with fiscal closing routines, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree;
Knowledge of Excel;
Course or qualification in the tax area is preferred;
Experience with tax routines related to services received will be considered a plus.
