About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct analyses to drive operational excellence by standardizing processes and implementing innovative solutions.
Experience in projects: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects from scope definition through implementation and evaluation of results.
Map and analyze existing workflows, documenting current processes (AS-IS) and proposing optimized processes (TO-BE).
Facilitate workshops and improvement events with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify root causes of issues and create statistical views of variation and correlation, among others, to support decision-making.
Manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives, prioritizing based on objectives and considering impact and effort.
Disseminate continuous improvement concepts to employees, acting as a change agent.
Prepare executive presentations showing results, savings, and the impact of improvements.
Support process standardization efforts.
Innovate with ideas and solutions for complex problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods: methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality management tools.
Project management tools: Familiarity with project management tools as well as data analysis and presentation software such as Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and others.
Mastery of quality tools: Knowledge of tools such as flowcharts, histograms, control charts, and other techniques for analysis and process improvement such as DMAIC, PDCA, and 5S.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree).
