About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the management of infrastructure maintenance for 4 to 5 Distribution Centers, ensuring the proper functioning of building systems (structural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and generators).
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance services, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety.
Prepare technical reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.
Support the planning and execution of renovations, expansions, and regulatory compliance projects at the Distribution Centers (DCs).
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, supervising field activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
Strong MS Office skills (advanced level).
Availability for periodic travel (approximately once every 15 days) for technical visits to assigned DCs.
Prior experience is not required, but experience in building or industrial maintenance is a plus.
