About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, analyze, review and produce architectural designs for logistics warehouses, ensuring compliance with technical standards, regulations and the company’s quality standards.
Prepare and monitor construction execution schedules using Microsoft Project, reporting progress status and identified risks, as well as managing and approving the project budget.
Support and manage project delivery from start to finish in coordination with other company areas; be responsible for end-to-end delivery.
Maintain direct interface with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, multidisciplinary teams and the engineering team, ensuring alignment of expectations.
Conduct field visits to verify compliance with deadlines, scope, budget and execution quality.
Follow up on delivery timelines from designers and perform final review of designs before execution.
Prepare technical reports, descriptive memorials and progress presentations.
Travel as needed to oversee construction sites and attend in-person meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering.
Experience with Microsoft Project for creating and monitoring schedules.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) for developing, reading and reviewing designs.
Availability to travel.
Experience with distribution center construction projects.
Knowledge of project management and experience working with a PMO.
Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary project drawings.
Organized with attention to delivery deadlines.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, designers and the engineering team.
Proactive, adaptable and able to handle multiple demands.
Aptitude for project budget control, monitoring and approving costs to ensure compliance with the physical-financial plan.
