About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reconcile the Stix points/rewards program
Reconcile payment methods, checks and other receivables
Handle internal tickets via ServiceNow
Assist in analyzing financial discrepancies, performing entries, controls and initiating follow-ups as directed by the team
Support the preparation of accounting statement reports, ensuring organization and consistency of information
Liaise and follow up with external partners, such as armored transport providers
Ensure organization for smooth process execution
Follow operational procedures and internal policies, contributing to standardization and continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Critical thinking to interpret information and communicate it clearly
Sense of urgency
Preferred: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Advertising & Marketing, or Economics
Basic PowerPoint
Basic Excel
Ability to negotiate deadlines
Comfortable tracking schedules and following up on deadlines
Strong communication skills
