About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic management of pharmacy layouts, defining category size and placement with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
Develop space allocation models (space planning and planograms) based on sales data, margins and consumer behavior.
Coordinate the team responsible for layout analysis and recommendations.
Work cross-functionally with Category, Trade Marketing, Operations, Expansion and Engineering teams.
Mobilize different areas to reach unified layout decisions.
Solve complex problems by balancing strategic vision with financial impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field).
Strong analytical and strategic skills.
Advanced Excel and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI or similar).
Knowledge of Category Management and Space Planning is a plus.
