About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic management of pharmacy store layouts, defining category sizes and locations with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
Develop space allocation models (space planning and planograms) based on sales data, margins, and consumer behavior.
Coordinate the team responsible for layout analysis and recommendations.
Work cross-functionally with Category Management, Trade Marketing, Operations, Expansion, and Engineering.
Mobilize different departments to reach unified layout decisions.
Solve complex problems, balancing strategic vision with financial impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields).
Strong analytical and strategic skills.
Advanced Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar).
Knowledge of Category Management and Space Planning preferred.
