About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support for the administrative, financial and operational routines of the marketing area, maintaining organization and governance of processes and ensuring budget control so expenses are recorded within the budget period.
Issue and control purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Monitor processes, verify and record invoices
Manage the budget and process supplier payments
Budget vs. Actual control
Update financial spreadsheets and maintain budget tracking
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments (accounting, finance, legal, tax and procurement)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
Experience with data analysis, SQL and generating KPIs/metrics
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Advanced Excel (familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, chart creation and spreadsheet optimization)
Advanced Power BI
